before you get started, please note that we don’t schedule wedding after parties on friday and saturday nights and all private parties on friday and saturday nights must end by 9pm.

  • THREE HOUR CASH BAR (BEER, WINE, COCKTAILS, SHOTS, ETC - GUESTS ARE RESPONISIBLE FOR PURCHASING THEIR OWN DRINKS)

cost - $750 FULL BAR RENTAL + A MINIMUM BAR SPEND (BAR SPEND AMOUNT WILL DEPEND ON YOUR GROUP SIZE)

  • SPACE IS LIMITED TO 75 GUESTS TOTAL

MUSIC OPTIONS

  • OPTION #1 - ADD ONE OF OUR GOLDMARK DJS FOR $250. LET US KNOW YOUR MUSIC PREFERENCES AND WATCH THE DJ WORK THEIR MAGIC. IF YOU’VE BEEN TO THE GOLDMARK, YOU KNOW WE ARE A DJ OWNED AND OPERATED VENUE AND WORK WITH PITTSBURGH’S BEST.

  • OPTION #2 - SHARE A SPOTIFY PLAYLIST WITH US OF YOUR FAVORITE JAMS AND WE’LL HAVE IT PLAYING WHEN YOU WALK IN (FREE).

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

FOOD - FEEL FREE TO BRING IN YOUR OWN FOOD OR HAVE YOUR PARTY CATERED BY AN OUTSIDE VENDOR. WE DO NOT SUPPLY FOOD FOR PRIVATE EVENTS. WE HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE IN OUR BACK ROOM TO SET UP FOOD. WE DO NOT OPEN OUR KITCHEN UP TO OUTSIDE VENDORS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN PLATES, UTENSILS, NAPKINS, CONDIMENTS, ETC. YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR LEFTOVERS AND CLEAN UP.

payment

  • $750 RENTAL FEE IS DUE UP FRONT TO LOCK IN YOUR DATE/TIME.

  • we accept payment via paypal, venmo, cash or Credit card. If paying via credit card and you decide to cancel your party for any reason, a small fee will be applied during your refund.

cancellation policy

by booking a date and time for a private event, The Goldmark is REFUSING any other offers for this date and time, therefore a portion of your payment is non-refundable.

  • In the event that you cancel your party for any reason more than 7 days before the event, The Goldmark will retain 50% of your RENTAL FEE ($375).

  • in the event that you cancel your party for any reason less than 7 days before the event, The Goldmark will retain 100% of your RENTAL FEE ($750).

  • in the event that we must cancel your party for any reason out of our control, we will refund you 100% of your RENTAL FEE ($750).

miscellaneous

  • all guests must present a valid, current form of identification to attend your party. please make sure all guests have a current, non-expired driver’s license, id card or passport. no exceptions.

  • IF YOU NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY TO DECORATE FOR A PARTY, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 PER HOUR WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BAR TAB.
